Can I pick up a product?
Yes.

How do I order through the Picksmith Website?
To place an order simply locate your product and click on 'Add to Shopping Cart'. If the product is in stock you will be able to add it to your cart. You will then be taken to checkout where you will be required to fill out your details to create an account.

Do I have to register before I can make a purchase?
Yes. This will make ordering from us easier in the future and allow us to keep in contact with you.

Can I view my past orders online?
Yes.  Simply login using your account details to view your contact details and past orders.

Stock & Pricing Information

Are your prices up-to-date?
Pricing and stock is updated daily, however not in real time.  This means that we cannot always guarantee stock quantities, although because we update stock daily our listed stock is usually very accurate.  In most cases the price on your order will be the price you pay, unless in the case of obvious errors.  

What do I do if a product is out of stock?
You will see an email link “Ask a question” on the product page. Simply send us an email and we will let you know when the product will come back in stock. In all cases we will try to source the product for you from another supplier to arrange for you to get the product ASAP.

Why have I been told that an item is out of stock when the stock on your website said the item is in stock?

Stock is updated daily, however it is never real time.  As we don't physically hold stock, we are unable to guarantee stock quantities, although we do our best to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Most products come with a warranty.  

Are your products supported by the Chinese manufactures?
Almost all our products are supported by the Chinese manufacturer. We have a operation office in Shenzhen, China.

When will my order arrive?
We ship within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed if it is a work day. Weekend orders will be processed as soon as they payment as been confirmed.  We don't process orders on Public Holidays.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Yes.

I received the items I ordered but where is the invoice and paperwork?
Your invoice is created online when you order and also emailed to you. Please keep this invoice for your records.

I have ordered several products and the freight is too much?
If you are ordering multiple products and feel that your freight has been calculated incorrectly please contact us and we will send an exact freight cost.
